2. Payment Processor

  • All subscription payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor.
  • Paddle supports global payments and handles billing, tax, and compliance.
  • By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

3. Subscription Plans

  • Monthly: Premium access for 1 month from the date of purchase.
  • Yearly: Premium access for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually repurchase when your subscription expires.

4. Refund Policy

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
  • No reason or justification is required to request a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Send an email to support@praybloom.com.
  • Include the email address associated with your account.
  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  • No fees will be charged for the refund.

6. Cancellation

  • Since subscriptions do not auto-renew, no cancellation action is required.
  • When your subscription expires, your account will automatically revert to the free plan.
  • You will continue to have premium access until the end of your subscription period.
