2. Payment Processor
- All subscription payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor.
- Paddle supports global payments and handles billing, tax, and compliance.
- By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
3. Subscription Plans
- Monthly: Premium access for 1 month from the date of purchase.
- Yearly: Premium access for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually repurchase when your subscription expires.
4. Refund Policy
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
- No reason or justification is required to request a refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@praybloom.com.
- Include the email address associated with your account.
- Your refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- No fees will be charged for the refund.
6. Cancellation
- Since subscriptions do not auto-renew, no cancellation action is required.
- When your subscription expires, your account will automatically revert to the free plan.
- You will continue to have premium access until the end of your subscription period.
