Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 21, 2026

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations of paid subscription services provided by nuvel ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Payment Processor

  • Subscription payments are processed depending on the platform:
    • iOS app: Apple In-App Purchase
    • Web / Android: Paddle (Paddle.com). By purchasing on these platforms, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
  • The terms of the relevant payment processor apply in addition to this policy.

3. Subscription Plans

  • Monthly: Premium access for 1 month from the date of purchase.
  • Yearly: Premium access for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • iOS (Apple IAP): Auto-renewing subscription. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Web / Android (Paddle): Does not auto-renew. You must manually repurchase when your subscription expires.

4. Refund Eligibility

  • Apple In-App Purchase (iOS): Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy and are handled exclusively by Apple. We are not able to process refunds for Apple In-App Purchases directly.
  • Paddle (web/Android): You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No reason or justification is required.

5. How to Request a Refund

Apple In-App Purchase refunds (iOS):

  1. Sign in at reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID.
  2. Locate your PrayBloom purchase.
  3. Choose "Report a Problem" and select a reason.
  4. Apple will review your request and notify you of the outcome (typically within 24–48 hours).

Paddle refunds (web/Android):

  1. Send an email to support@praybloom.com.
  2. Include the email address associated with your account.
  3. Your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
  4. No fees will be charged for the refund.

6. Cancellation

  • iOS Apple IAP: Manage and cancel your subscription anytime in Apple Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. After cancellation, you will continue to have premium access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Web / Android Paddle: Subscriptions do not auto-renew, so no cancellation action is required. Your account automatically reverts to the free plan when the subscription expires.
